Key Responsibilities

• Conduct awareness campaigns in local communities about solar energy benefits
• Assist in site surveys and assessments for solar installations
• Support customer onboarding and documentation processes
• Organize and participate in solar energy awareness events and workshops
• Collect feedback from customers and communities
• Help bridge communication between customers and technical teams
• Document field activities and create impact reports

Requirements

• Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages
• Ability to work with diverse communities
• Basic understanding of solar energy (training will be provided)
• Flexible availability and commitment for field work
• Students, recent graduates, or solar energy enthusiasts preferred
• Own smartphone for documentation and communication
